As Long As I Remain Alive Godwin Obaseki Will Never Remain As Governor of Edo State- Oshiohmole

The National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Adams Oshiohmole, and former governor of Edo state has confirmed that his support is not for Godwin Obaseki the current governor of Edo state based on his unloyal attitude towards the party hierarchy.

Adams Oshiohmole stated this in an exclusive interview where he confirmed that even though Godwin Obaseki may have succeeded to submit his nomination form under the platform of The All Progressive Congress, APC his support remains to be on the side of Pastor Ize Iyamu.

“I want to tell the entire Edo state people that Godwin Obaseki did not meet the standards for re-election and I want to categorically state it’s clear now that all APC faithful should rally behind Pastor Ize Iyamu as a true candidate who would meet the needs of the entire Edo people just the same way I was able to make sure that good developments came to the States of Edo.

“Godwin Obaseki is only playing to the gallery instead of coming to my office he went straight to see the president who is our father in the party but let me assure him that he has nothing more to gain in respect of our dear party he cannot win the election as long as I remain alive Godwin Obaseki time is gone,” said Oshiohmole.
