Asari Dokubo hits hard on Nnamdi Kanu over inclusion of Niger-Delta to Biafra

OPINION: Neither Kanu Nor Asari Dokubo Speaks For Any Tribe or Ethnic Group

Former Niger-Delta agitator, Alhaji Asari Dokubo, a major political figure of the Ijaw ethnic group in the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria has reacted to the alleged inclusion of Niger Delta to Biafra Nation.

Recall that there has been a report of Niger Delta being included among Biafra land.

It was also in the news that former President has allegedly reacted to the issue, but he was quick to dissociate himself from such.

The Ijaw Youths have also made their position known over the inclusion of what they called Ijaw Nation among Biafra and Oduduwa nations

Meanwhile, Asari Dokubo has declared that his stand on the matter has not changed. He claimed he has made his position known over this matter.

According to him some people have been calling for him to respond on the matter, but he said his conditions which he has made known to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has not changed.

“My position on this same issue has not changed. I don’t like to talk too much and be repeating my self over and over again. But let me say here short and clear, that the Ijaw Nation is a conquered land, we are not subject to anyone. I have been fighting for this for long, there is no way we can be made to bow to anyone. We are born to lead, not to hide under any group. My condition is with my friend Nnamdi Kanu and that has not changed,” he said.
