
Charles Booker is an American politician from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, who has injunction’s request asked the court to let the polls stay open until 9 p.m. but the judge didn’t agree to delay their closure for that long.
Although, the Jefferson County Circuit Judge Annie O’Connell only agreed to push the deadline back to 6:30 p.m.
